There is generally no application fee

€250 - €350

Generally between 0.5% and 1% of the loan amount. This is usually payable either when the mortgage is approved or on completion of the mortgage

1.0% - 2% of the loan amount. The amount will depend on the complexity of the case and also if our local agent is needed to accompany you to the bank for signing of paperwork etc. This will be payable only after the mortgage is approved. We are not paid any commission by the banks.

A one-off fee is payable to provide basic cover for the duration of the mortgage. This will depend on the value of the property and the anticipated rebuild cost which will be determined when the property is valued

2% of the loan amount for holiday home or
0.25% of the loan amount for main residence

9% of the Cadastral Value for Second Home
2% of the Cadastral Value for Main Residence

4% of the purchase price for a main residence
10% of the purchase price for second home
(20% for a luxury property or castle).
